Dr. Weil says that a new HR bill 2060 would speed funds for research and treatment for those with sight threatening conditions.

Blindness is one people’s greatest fears. Unfortunately, many people with an eye disease never see an eye doctor until they realize that their sight is affected. They are hopeful that eyeglasses will restore their lost vision. By the time a person realizes they need help, the disease can be much harder, sometimes impossible to treat.
